At , we offer Designed My Way services. Our expert team of designers will work with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the treasure created. We take your ideas and use our expertise to create each masterpiece.
There are 2 levels of our Designed My Way services.
Level 1 – Make It Your Own
Our Level 1 services allow you to customize one of our already unique pieces.
*You choose the center Diamond from our selection and we will customize the design for your Diamond. Prices are as shown.
Level 2 – Ground Up Design
Our Level 2 services help you create a piece that is all your own from the ground up.
*To start the process, send us a Designed My Way request detailing as much information about the piece you would like to make. There is NEVER a charge for a price quote. One of our designers will contact you with a quote or a request for more information.
*Upon your approval of our price quote, there will be a non-refundable deposit of $500 so your designer can start work on your design. This deposit is applied to the final sale of your piece.
*Once the design is ready, your designer will forward you computer generated images of your design. All designs will be created with attention to detail.
*Sometimes, requests may not be possible due to production capabilities and our high standards of craftsmanship. We will do our best to meet or exceed your expectations. If there are any conflicts, your designer will convey that information to you during the design process.
*Once the design is approved to be made, payment is due IN FULL. No changes will be accepted. All Designed My Way sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund. Your piece will be completed within 3-4 weeks from design image approval.
